    Hi,

    I have had your excellent plugin on my website, built using the Enfold theme; hopuganda.org for over 5 years now.

    I want to add a new slider, but whenever I click Add Slider, nothing happens. I bought premium support for this website.

    Is there an issue?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us!

    As I see you have the 6.9.2 version, which is outdated. Please update your plugin to the latest version.
    You should check this link in our documentation page:
    https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#updating-manual
    You should try to remove the theme bundled version and install the latest version manually.
    In this case you should remove it first from Enfold: Enfold > Layout Builder > Integrated (Bundled) LayerSlider Plugin
    Don't worry, your sliders are saved in the database so it will not lost after an update.
    Please check it and if the issue still persist after update, let me know.
