    I initially purchase swaps theme and received layer slider . But the license didn’t work. I later purchase license separately. It still doesn’t work

    Thank you for getting in touch with us!
    WordPress theme authors may include LayerSlider in their work, however, there are some differences between the bundled and licensed versions. Since we don’t receive any share after their sales some premium features and content are available only for our direct buyers.

    This is your code which you can use for activation: 41C07CCA-D295-K775-M364-F6D9839AF5DB
    You just need to enter your license key into the PRODUCT ACTIVATION section and press the Activate Now button. If it doesn't work then please send me a screenshot about your LayerSlider WP -> Options -> System Status tab. Thank you, in advance.

    Yes, thank you.
    As I see there is no problem in the system status tab. You should try to update your plugin manually(remove the old version and install the latest version, after that try to activate it again.) Don't worry, your sliders will not be lost.

    If it doesn't solve this issue, then you should try this:
    Issues could be related to other plugins/themes and their settings. We often ask our customers to temporarily disable other plugins and switch to one of the default WP themes. This way we can quickly eliminate external and 3rd party factors. If it solves the problem, you can find which item caused the trouble by re-enabling them one-by-one and watching when the issue comes back.
