Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I have a very hard time getting the menu links to navigate (scroll) towards designated layer sliders. It works for "become a mentor" , but not for the others.. Can you please avise? Thank you in advance!!

    Hello Raf,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!
I checked your site and as I see the problem is some ID is missing.
You should change your links to point an available ID. For example:
    Program : https://jackcarneyfamilyfoundation.org/#layer_slider_4
    Founder: https://jackcarneyfamilyfoundation.org/#layer_slider_5

    Great! This worked. Is there any way to rename it? I'd love the link to be cleaner;

    ....org/#founder instead of  ...#layer_slider_5

    Would this be possible?

Thanks for the awesome product and support!

    Thank you for your feedback!
As I see you use Avia to add sliders to your page. You should check the avia element for a possibility to change the ID of the element.

ok, thanks! Will definitely look into that.

My layer sliders ID's are custom made in my attempt to resolve this issue before I contacted you. Founder shows in the layer slider Shortcode and PHP function respectively as [layerslider id="founder"] and <?php layerslider('founder') ?>

Where did you find the #layer_slider_5 name for Founder? I'm trying to apply your resolution to the remaining menus but don't know where to find the numbers for those remaining layer sliders that I need to link. Sorry, probably a dumb Q, but I rly dont know. Thanks!

Found it, it's apparently just chronologically on the page..

Thanks again! all is working now.
