Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Good day,
It is just a simple question:
I am doing a website where basically every page will have a slider with about 3 or 4 slides. They will be full width stretch and responsive.
Up to now I have been using 1920x880 pixels for images and setting the slider canvas at 1800x870.
BUT, looks like the loading time is too slow.
WHAT should be the images size for that size of canvas (1800x870) ???
Please inform
Hello Jose,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
Could you please send me a link where I can check your slider? Did you compress your images before upload it to Wordpress?
Best Regards,

Hello Jose,
We don't use ideal fixed image sizes, it varies by slider what we are using.
If you will have any other question, feel free to ask.
