I can't update the layers on the layersliders I did on this website : https://fill-print.com
I used html code to change the color of some words before, now it's not working anymore, worst when I create another layer I can only edit the text once... if I save and try to edit it again, it's not working. It's really weird. I sent you an email to access the wordpress backend already. Can you look at it. My client is waiting.
Thank you for the access. I checked your site and I couldn't reproduce the issue. I created a test slider, modify the layers and it works. I added a test layer to your main slider, modify the color and the text and it works properly. How can I reproduce it? Maybe you check the preview of a slider with space and you couldn't modify the layer on the preview. In this case you should stop the preview and play it again, then the modifications are visible. Please let me know.

But look inside the layerslider called: "accueil haute EN"
the second line should be "automated refilling solution TEST" and in green.
Tell me if you can tell me if your able to edit it because I can't.
Thank you, I reproduced the issue. Probably it is a caching issue and as I see you have the Enfold theme bundled version on your site. I suggest you to remove the Enfold theme version(Enfold > Layout Builder > Integrated (Bundled) LayerSlider Plugin) and install the latest version manually. https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#updating-manual Don't worry, your sliders will not lost.
So, I removed the Enfold theme version but the problem is still there. Anyway, since it's working fine when I create a new one I'm going to redo this slider from scratch to be sure it will be editable. I don't know what's causing this but as you said it might be a cache problem. Thanks for your time.
