Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello Muhammad,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

The built-in layout options and responsive mode should cover most use cases to build flexible sliders that looks great on every device. However, it's also possible to dynamically hide and show up layers based on the viewing device to built alternative layouts for the same slider. To do that, you just need to add special classes on your layers, ls-hide-desktop / ls-hide-tablet / ls-hide-mobile. You should check the Adding Layers / Device

Support part in the documentation, which is available in your downloaded .zip file.
Other solution is that, if you create a separate slider for mobile with different width and height. In this case you should set the hideOnMobile or hideUnder/hideOver options. You can read more about it in the Slider Setup / Mobile part of the documentation. Please check it.
