I checked your site and as I see you have managed the first and second point.
For the simple popup with google map, I suggest you to create a popup in LayerSlider with a html layer which include the iframe of the map. You should add a specific class or ID to the button and after that you can add it to the open by click parameter of the created popup. Here is the code of the iframe, please check it.
