    Hi, I have written my license key and a message pop up appears that say: "It seems there is server issue that prevented Layer Slider from performing product activation. I don't understand... it should work correctly. I attach you an screenshot of status tab.

    You should enable the WP debug mode and check that is there a PHP error message.

    Issues could be related to other plugins/themes and their settings. We often ask our customers to temporarily disable other plugins and switch to one of the default WP themes. This way we can quickly eliminate external and 3rd party factors. If it solves the problem, you can find which item caused the trouble by re-enabling them one-by-one and watching when the issue comes back.

    Hi, I don't know how to do it in my hosting in Go Daddy. I don't want to touch any code. I thought it would be easier. Could you return my money please?

    Don' worry this issue can usually be solved. You should contact with Go Daddy about enable WP Debug mode and then we can help to solve the problem with the activation.

    Hi, There is no attention with go daddy, I tried twice and anyone replied me. Could you return my money please? 

    The only thing I have thought is to give you access to my wordpress and made it. Don't know.

    You should check the PHP error logs, maybe it will help to find what cause this issue.

    Probably the error is not in our product, but a 3rd party factor is present and therefore we want to find out what cause this issue. Usually we don't give refund when a customer encounter an issue caused by a 3rd party.

    You should try to temporarily disable other plugins and switch to one of the default WP themes. This way you can quickly eliminate external and 3rd party factors. If it solves the problem, you can find which item caused the trouble by re-enabling them one-by-one and watching when the issue comes back.
