    Dear Support and sales department. I did a mistake and incorrectly did duplicated purchases.

    the license 1B10EDDA-73C5-KD39-M686-C40D10FF41DE will never be used. I kindly ask to book my monly back as a decline the purchase and confirm that I incorrectly did duplicated payments.
