Unfortunately, there is a bug when it comes to "Play By Scroll" on iOS/Safari and macOS/Safari. There is some kind of stutter and "Play By Scroll" gets activated to late, i.e. you can scroll past the LayerSlider before it begins.
I highly depend on this functionality to work on a project. Is there any chance a bugfix will be released soon?

Unfortunately we don't know what this might be, so far we haven't met such a problem. Probably Apple has changed something about the process that happens when scrolling (e.g., when the device returns a value when scrolling - we use that for Play By Scroll). We are very sorry for your inconvenience and thank you for indicating this problem. We are trying to follow up and improve this issue.

Unfortunately, this bug is not only limited to iOS 13 but can also be replicated on Safari/Mac. A fix is highly appreciated :-).
