Could you please export your slider or send me a wordpress admin temporary to your site? If you send me an attachment, please rename it before upload and remove the whitespace and '-' chararacters from the name because Ticksy couldn't handle it. Which layer and on which slide did you try to underline? Thank you, in advance.
I checked your slider and the issue caused by that you use opening text animation. It doesn't work with justify and underline settings. So you should disable this animation if you would like to underline the text.
