    Good day. I purchased the layer slider because it said i needed the premium version. I am using a new site developer and we didnt know that it wasnt necessary for the plug in to be upgraded.

    So when it was activated all plugins and themes were updated and up to date. So when we opened the website the whole website was just numbers and letters. The whole thing. No pictures or anything. We then restored the previous version luckily.

    I am however requesting a refund for the purchase of the code as i cannot use it as it is standard included in my theme.

    i please need the refund urgently.

    Also i turns out i didnt need the upgrade as it was not necessary  because it comes standard with the current hotel lux theme. This was unnecessary.

    WordPress theme authors may include LayerSlider in their work, however, there are some differences between the bundled and licensed versions. Since we don’t receive any share after their sales some premium features and content are available only for our direct buyers. You can check the premium features on this link:

    I meant that a link on your site where I can check the issue with the LayerSlider.

    The previous version of my website is restored thus unable to send a link of the problem. Not sure how otherwise you want it?

    I am just asking for a refund as i dont need it as it was already included in my theme.
