Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi,

I´ve recently bought LayerSlider plugin for WordPress an I have a doubt about the license use.

I need it for one single web but I need to test it in the non definitive web.

I mean taht I test the theme, the plugins and all the stuff in a sub-domain first. If I use the license key in the test subdomain first can I use it after in the real production website?

    Thank you

    Hello Inaki,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

You can use LayerSlider on as many sites as your licenses allow. A Regular or Personal license can be used for a single website only. However, by deactivating your installation, you can freely migrate your license to another server/domain if you're moving your site. Your license covers additional development mirrors as well. Development installation are counted differently than live production sites. You can use LayerSlider on 3 additional development installations per site covered by your licenses.

May I ask what you mean by development installation? I created a subdomain to house a WordPress test site because your plugin gave critical errors when I tried to test a slider on any page other than the front one. I am attempting to use the activation key on this test site but the default downloaded plugin has no spot to enter an activation code, but rather takes me to the site to buy another. How do I create a development installation?

    Hello Dorian,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!
Your dev site domain should be in the whitelisted domains.
You should check this link in our documentation page about development installations:
