    Hi Team,

    I've created a popup slider but don't find the way to load it automatically over an existing page for the duration of the slider.

    Can you help ?


    ps don't want the popup to be activated via a button (it relates to a temporary promotion)

    You should set the Slider settings / Popup / Launch Popup / Open automatically after option. In the target pages you can select from some predefined page or you can add a specific page by title or ID in the Target Pages / Include custom pages option.     Hello,

    Upon checking, it seems the site has MIxed Content and I cannot fully see the shadow. Could you please ask your host to check the Mixed Content and apply a fix for the URLs. It seems some of the URLs are using HTTP instead of HTTPs, causing mixed content.

    After fixing the mixed content, could you clear the cache and disable it temporarily while we troubleshoot the site?

    Quick fix: Try the SSL Insecure Content Fixer plugin, it should help in most cases.

    Any part of your site can be responsible for HTTPS mixed / insecure content issues. To have a better understanding about what causing this issue, please read and follow the guide provided by Google on this link: 
    https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/security/prevent-mixed-content/fixing-mixed-content?hl=en

    Navigate to Settings -> General on your WP admin area and verify that both the WordPress Address and Site Address fields are containing the right URL with the https protocol included.

    Please note, as this post mentions, load balancers, proxies, and other network-related solutions and services may cause WordPress to not recognize the correct protocol. LayerSlider uses native WP functions to generate URLs, thus in many cases it is a site/server-related issue that can easily affect other assets on your site.

    I've installed the plug in... which don't understand how it relateds to the issue and what it can do for me !

    Waht I understand is ma site being under HTTPS it expects HTTPS url. The message states clearly that Layerslider si sending a stylesheet  using an HTTP url...

    Can you please telle me where is this defined or to take appropriate action so that I can have help from the other service provider who asked me to get in touche with you.

    Can forward you by email his email if that can help a better coordination between you guys.

    I'm not the owner or technical backoffice stuff

    Thank you for your feedback!
    The plugin and the suggestions what we have recommended are to solve this problem and that it is not something that you can just rewrite in the code, it depends on the server or wordpress configuration. In many cases the intervention of the hosting provider may be necessary if the recommended solutions do not help.So if it doesn't work, you should contact with your server administrator about this http issue.
