Every time I want to export a slider from my website I receive this problem "
There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions." Please help me solve it, I really need to use the export option.

Could you please send me a screenshot about your LayerSlider WP -> Options -> System status tab?
Did you try to activate the debug mode and check the PHP error? If yes, what error message did you get?

Probably the issue caused by that the ZipArchive extension is not available on your server.
You should check this link about how to enable it, please check it:

If you don't succeed with it, you should contact with your server administrator.
