I have incorporated sliders into the abovementioned page... the slider that I need help with populates at the top of the page... the laptop that pull in, along with the blue wave at the bottom. Once the entire slide populates, it stays stationary until you move the mouse... once you move your mouse, the slide reloads. I would like for it to stop "reloading on scroll". I have looked at every transition possible for this slider, and cannot get it to stop. Here is the link to the slider: https://www.upperquadrant.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=layerslider&action=edit&id=4
Thank you for getting in touch with us! You should disable the Slider settings / Slideshow / Auto start slideshow option. Please check it and if you will have any other question, feel free to ask.
Thank you for your feedback! You should disable the Slider settings (show advanced settings) / Misc / Allow restarting slides on resize parameter and it should solve this problem. If not, please let me know and send me a wordpress admin temporary to your site. Thank you, in advance.

Unfortunately, this did not work... the page still reloads once you move your mouse to scroll down the page. Here is a video of what I see....
