I have downloaded the most recent .zip of layerslider and uploaded the plugin and activated my license code. On my homepage there is a section on the top of the page where the slider has been added, when you go to the website now all you see is a blank white space.
Everything looks updated on my end as far as I can tell. It's strange because when I go to themes tab and click to customize my theme the page renders properly and I can see the slider, but it does not show up on the published page.
Thank you for getting in touch with us! You should try to enable the LayerSlider WP -> Options -> Advanced -> Include scripts in the footer and purge your caches. Please check it and if it doesn't solve this issue, send me a wordpress admin temporary to your site. Thank you, in advance.
Thank you. I checked your site and the issue caused by a js error which is not related to LayerSlider (please check the attached image). When I disable the autooptimize plugin, your site works properly. You should fix this javascript error and it will solve the issue with the slider too. Please check it.
Thank you for looking into it! I see what you mean and deactivated that plug-in. The strange thing is that when I go to the site from my WP dashboard it works properly, but when I try to access the site from any other device or when not signed in, it doesn't work. I still have that plugin deactivated. Let me know what you think.
Thank you for your feedback! I checked your site in two browser (Firefox and Chrome) and the slider works properly. Probably it cause by cache. You should check it incognito mode.
