It looks like that another plugin or your theme loads an extra copy of the jQuery library causing problems for LayerSlider to show your sliders. Please navigate from your WordPress admin sidebar to LayerSlider -> Options -> Advanced and enable the "Include scripts in the footer" option.
I've tried all the Advanced settings related to jQuery, but as soon as I enable Advanced Custom Fields v5.8.9, Advanced Custom Fields: Options Page v2.1.0 and Advanced Custom Fields: Repeater Field v2.1.0 I receive the error quoted above.
I've reached out the the maker of Advanced Custom Fields, as well...perhaps between the two of you there will be some resolution as this is rendering a client's new site inoperable.

Layerslider works quite well in this regard, so we don't load directly, definitely our own jQuery, so the developer of the Advanced Custom fields has to fix this problem. It is also conceivable that the theme causing this error, but that is less common. If you will have any other question, feel free to ask.
