Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. visualization problem afer WP update to 5.4

    Hi there,

    on my web site, I'm using Avada theme (last version). Today I have updated Wordpress to 5.4, and after  my LayerSlider on Home page stop to work. I have blank space now.
    I have temporary replaced with another slider, but I would like to understand why after update the problem come out. Is there a solution?

    Hello Luca,

    Thank you. As I see you installed the latest version. It contains some changes in the init code and a js file name has changed. You should purge your cache and after that it should work. If not, please let me know and send me a temporary wordpress admin to your site. Thank you, in advance.

    Hello Luca,

    Thank you. I checked it and there is a conflict with cache methods. I suggest you to downgrade the plugin to the 6.10.2 version. We are working on a solution to fix this problem and we will release soon a followup update. Thank you for your patience!
