You should set the Hide over and under options in the Slider Settings / Mobile tab. If you will have any other question, feel free to ask.
With Hide under and Hide over options you can add an interval that on which resolutions would you like to show the slider. So for example, if you would like to show a slider only on mobile, you should set the hide over parameter to 680px. In this case, you should set the hide under to 680px in your desktop slider.

So, let me resume:
1) go to Slider Settings > Mobile
2) 'Hide on mobile': leave deactivated; 'Hide Over': set, 'Hide under': set.
Is it right? What kind of values shoud I give as hover and under?

As I understand, it is not possible to replace the slider, only to hide it on smaller devices.
