Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     When I try to activate layerslider. i get the following responce:

    Hello Marcel,

    Thank you. As i see there is a problem with your server configuration. You should follow the hint which you see in the Server settings / Wp remote functions line, so please contact your server administrator and ask them to allow external connections to repository.kreaturamedia.com domain, have cURL and the neccessary components installed.

    I already tryed to connect true an other server. On both vodafone and ziggo I get the same result. does this mean I cannot use layerslider here in the Netherlands?

    No, you misunderstood my message.
    So you should contact with your hosting provider, where you installed your Wordpress site.

    I contact them. And in my webhosting account I can open ports.

    But wich port number do I need to set open?

    Hello Marcel,

    You should enable the external connections in your PHP or other server configurations. Your hosting provider will know if you tell them "all I have to do is connect to 'repository.kreaturamedia.com' so please configure the server because currently I can't connect to it.'
