I use the Divi theme and trying to implement a popup outside of a slider on the website to trigger a button popup by click, I have added the ID #popup to the open by click, turned on all pages and added #popup to the button link, i somehow can't make it to work, I have added screenshots below for your reference. I am new to Wordpress and inexperienced so would appreciate some help. I have the ability to add code as seen attached in the screenshots however do not know what to add where exactly.
Thank you for getting in touch with us! The problem is that, you add the #popup as an url. It is an ID, which is not the same as a link. You should write only 'popup' to CSS ID field and after that, it will trigger the popup opening.
