Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello Mary,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!
Firstly, you should set the Slider settings / Layout to Popup. After that, in the popup settings, you should enable the fit to screen width option. In the Launch Popup / Open by click, you should add a class or an ID.(for example: #open-popup, .open-popup) You should add this class or ID to your image html tag and after that it should open the popup. If you don't succeed with it, please let me know and send me a Wordpress admin to your site and I will create a demo for you. Thank you, in advance.

    Hello,

Yes, I understand what the directions are, and I believe I have followed them. Slider is set to popup. Open by click is selected. It's set to page width. The trigger word is added on the image. What does not seem to be in the directions is, I'm assuming the actual short code for the popup itself has to be on this page somewhere? Anyplace I put it seems to just embed the slider, rather than having it pop out on click.

    Hello Mary,

Could you please send me a Wordpress admin to your site temporary? I would like to check the configuration and the page where you add it. Thank you, in advance.

    Hello Mary,

You don' need to add the shortcode to the page. You should select the pages in the Popup settings / Target pages.
I tried to login to your wordpress, but I got this error:
Unknown username. Check again or try your email address.
    Please check it.

    Hello Mary,

Thank you for the access. I added the "trigger" class to your "Start here" image and set the Popup settings / Target pages / Include Custom Pages to 125, which is your page ID. Now the popup is visible if you click to the image. Please check it.

Thanks, it's working. I did initially have trigger in "class" exactly as you did; but then I tried it with # sign and . because it wasn't working. I think the issue was how I was indicating the page.

In the past I have used popups without indicating a page number, so that was confusing for me initially, but then I put in the page number as it appears in my browser, which is 125-2. I guess that "-2" is not indicative of the page number.

    Glad it's working now! Thanks!
