I assigned a “Open by Click” value (#tools) to a popup. On the website I an trying to assign to a segment of text that same link value (#tools), although all my efforts and readings, I cannot make it to work. Can you please advise?
Thank you for getting in touch with us! You can specify html class or ID in the open by click parameter. It is not the same as the href value of a link. So you should add the tools id to your html element to trigger your popup with click. For example: <p id="tools">basic tools</p> If you will have any other question, feel free to ask.
Below is the exact paragraph that I have on my site. Where is that I would have to enter the id="tools"?
<span style="color: #0000ff;">To support social distancing,</span> we have a roster of voice talent that already has the capabilities to record from home.
For those who don't, we have implemented a solution to allow them to do this with just a few <a href="#tools">basic tools</a>.
If you would like to trigger the popup with the Basic tools, you should change it to <a id="tools" href="#">Basic tools</a> or just a simple span <span id="tools">basic tools</span>
...quick question: Now that the popup is showing up, I noticed that the resolution of the fonts and graphics are fuzzy, while on the Live Preview they look sharp. Is there any way or setting to make them appear on my website just like in the Live Preview?
Thank you for the access. There was e a Greensock conflict on the page, it causing this error. There is most likely another item/plugin trying to use Greensock, but does not provide compatibility, thus the issue. I turn on the LayerSlider WP -> Options -> Advanced -> Include scripts in the footer and Use Greensock (GSAP) sandboxing options and it fix the issue. I checked your popup and it looks like the same as in the backend. Please check it.
