I have Layerslider installed in a Bundled version of the Enfold theme.
¿I want to update the plugin....whats the best way to do it?...
¿Install the plugin and uninstall the bundled version?
¿Can I make a copy of sliders from my bundled version to install them in de plugin version?

You should update it with the activation code.
If it doesn't work, you should deactivate and remove the old plugin and install the new one. Your sliders and settings are in the database, removing the plugin won't touch them. You should check this link in our documentation page about more information:
