    Hello,

the Layer Slider disappeared from the admin sidebar. I looked at your troubleshooting but could only find solutions that included changing the settings in the plugin, which I can`t do, because I don`t see it in the sidebar. I am an Admin, so I should be able to have access.

Thank you in advance for your help,

    kind regards, Julia

    Hello Julia,

Thank you, it worked. I checked your site and as I see the slider was not visible on the frontend.
I disabled the Jetpack plugin / configuration / enable lazy load feature, which solve the problem, so now the sliders are visible on the frontend.
However, the LayerSlider tab is missing and probably it cause by your theme or a 3rd party plugin. I tried to reach it with URL and it works: https://hubus-berlin.de/wp-admin/admin.php?page=layerslider
In this case, we often ask our customers to temporarily disable other plugins and switch to one of the default WP themes. This way we can quickly eliminate external and 3rd party factors. If it solves the problem, you can find which item caused the trouble by re-enabling them one-by-one and watching when the issue comes back. Please check it.
