    Hi!

    So, as I was going to change some things on my website, for which I was using the Stockholm theme, and all was well the last time I changed something. I was confronted with weird text and my WP bakery not working. I had to buy a license, I was kind of irritated that you strong armed me into getting the license, but I get the reasoning behind it too. So, I got the license, filled everything in correctly and thought I could now finally change things. But all my 'blocks' on my website are still text and I can't use WP bakery. And, that, is unacceptable. I just paid for the service and it still messed with the entire site.

    What can I do to fix this problem as soon as possible, because I have to update my clients about our hours and safety due to the Corona outbreak.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us!
    WordPress theme authors may include LayerSlider in their work, however, there are some differences between the bundled and licensed versions. With the license you can use the premium templates and features of the plugin, for example Popups and Origami transition.
    Could you please send me a link where I can check what your problem is with LayerSlider? In the attached image I saw codes which are not related to the plugin. Thank you, in advance.

    Hello Kristof,

    I got a notification that I needed to get a license to use WP Bakery, I don't use LayerSlider. The website works now, because it's still the same as before: http://puurchocolade.nl but I can't change anything.

    But I have the sneaking suspicion that it made me buy the wrong license, and your license stated it was compatible with wp bakery. 

    If that's the case, can I get a refund for a license that I don't need and will never use?

    Hello Thomas,

    In this case, probably the issue is not related to LayerSlider and we don't understand how you encountered any purchase notification when you are not using the product.
    You should contact with the developer of WP Bakery, they should help you about how to solve the issue.

    Normally I would gladly have taken you up on the offer to use LayerSlider, but that would mean remaking the entire website, which is a no can do. So thank you for your help and I would appreciate the refund, since I won't be using it. (I might in the future)
