I was just now able to insert the license code on the live site mncare.org without issue. Not sure what's wrong with the westsidechs.realitytheory.com staging site so any help is appreciated

You should login to your Kreatura account on this link: https://account.kreaturamedia.com/ You can import your license with the Import Envato Licenses button in the licenses / sites tab. After that you should download the latest version from your downloads and install it manually to your site. https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#updating-manual After that, please try to activate the plugin again. If it doesn't work, please check the system status tab of the LayerSlider plugin, maybe it will show what cause the issue. Please let me know.
Thanks for replying! Unfortunately I don't see any downloads when I connect to your account system. Probably because I bought at Envato not direct from you.
I can confirm that the problem logged yesterday was using the version I downloaded yesterday from Envato.
Please login to your account, and you will see the import Envato license button in the licenses tab. I attached a screenshot about it. After that you should download and install the latest version of the plugin. After that, if you have any problem, please let me know.
LayerSlider was bundled with MedicalClinic WP theme. We use child theme of Medical Clinic WP.
Updates available in WordPress's Plugins panel shows layer slider WP 6.9.2 needs update. I can't update this (since it's the bundled one?)
While in Updates Available, I see LayerSlider in left nav but if I click it, I get "Sorry you are not allowed to access this page"
I purchased a license for LayerSlider so I can update but it won't let me, probably because old version bundled with theme is stuck.
When I try to upload the ZIP install from within the zip downloaded from Envato, it won't let me install.
I connected via FTP and don't see LayerSlider folder under wp-content/plugins.
I manually unzipped the LayerSlider plugin folder and uploaded via FTP to wp-content/plugins
this didn't seem to work either.
