How do I install the plugin? I bought it, I didn't see a redemption code. I tried my purchase code--didn't work. I tried the confirmation--didn't work. WP has far too many plugins to bother with this hoop-jumping show.
I like the idea of your plugin. How do I install it? Or want my money back.

As I see you have installed and activate the LayerSlider plugin in your site. The Webshopworks popups is a package of popups which you can import to LayerSlider. You should download the package from your account / downloads tab and import the .zip in the LayerSlider plugin with the import sliders button.
