Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. When activating my license, the activation shows successful, and appears in my Kreatura account page, however, when I go back to the plugin options page, the plugin is showing not activated. I have deactivated from my kreatura account page and reattempted to activate, and the same process. It shows activated successfully, but as soon as i leave that page and go back to it, it shows not activated again.

Problems with the activation method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.
Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

In case the System Status is all green, then unfortunately it is likely a conflict problem on your installation with a 3rd party item.
To continue troubleshooting please temporarily disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
