Hallo, we've got problems with the Layer Slider plugin in the website www.magicpetitalia.it: sometimes the slider's images just disappear, so we need to access the Wordpress' backend to restore them. This is a big problem, cause we're talking about the first thing people see when accessing the website: no images, empty website.
We can't check everyday if the plugin is ok, so we're talking about a big problem for us and our client.
At the moment, the plugin has been restored, but we would to know as soon as possible the causes of this problem and what can we make to fix it.
If you think it can help, I can give you the credentials to access the Wordpress' backend.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
There is no such issue in the plugin, the slider cannot edit itself automatically, so it is most likely an external interference that is causing this.
Judging from your description, we believe that the problem is going to be related to an image preloader/optimizer/lazy loader on your installation, that is interfering with the slider and its content.
We'd recommend to look for such item or method on your installation, that could be causing this and preventing the images from loading. You could also check on the availability of those images, to see if anything interferes with their source from time to time, making them disappear.
Also, you are using an older version of the plugin. It's recommended to always use the latest version.
