    Hello

    I couldnt set my slider. I entered template store and chosed my slider. Then I clicked import button but took yhis attention. I share with yours screen shot. Please help immediately

    Problems with the importing method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.

    Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

    Given the nature of digital goods, it's possible to "return" for themes? but its not possible for sliders, is it?

    I know where I should apply for this matter.  you chose the difficult way, ok. I want a refund. because this is not my fault. I couldnt use your slider! I will also post this on pre-shopping forums on themeforest. I can take refund for themes but cant take refund for sliders?...

    I am just a customer, not company.

    As mentioned, this is most likely a server configuration problem, which is a 3rd party issue, not related to us.

    Envato's and our refund policy clearly state that we are not responsible for any external errors.

    Unfortunately if you are not willing to cooperate we cannot help you solve this issue.
