Hi - Im having trouble getting a single slide slider showing on mobile browsers. Currently just shows a white square with no content. I've disabled the few plugins I have on this site and looked through the forums and haven't been able to figure out why it's not showing.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
It looks like your site layout changes under a certain browser/screen size. And the slider is getting removed from the page and replaced with another element. You can test this by slowly reducing the browser size on desktop, you will see that the menu and page layout changes. This is most likely implemented by your theme/page builder. So you will be able to adjust it there. Either by adding the slider to the other page layout too, or somehow preventing the slider from getting removed by this method.
Thanks Attila - I found it finally! There was an image override setting buried in the theme options that was placing an image in mobile responsive mode that overrode the slider. Now it's seems to be working fine. Appreciate the help!
