Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I keep getting this error I am on a local host server using XAMPP for now while creating my website before making it live.  I can't seem to activate my License Key.

It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from performing product activation. Please check LayerSlider -> Options -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Your HTTP server thrown the following error:
     Bad Request

    Hello Shari,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Problems with the activation method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.

Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

    It shows no errors.

    Thank you for the feedback.

If there are no errors there, then unfortunately it might be an incompatibility problem with a 3rd party item.

Please continue troubleshooting by temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to a default WP theme, emptying cache, refresh site, and check if that solves the issue.
