Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

HUGE CONFLICT WITH CHART PLUGINS

    Hello,

I am using Divi theme, wp layerslider, and trying to use ANY chart plugin.

I have tried both visualizer and Inline Google Spreadsheet Viewer - BOTH have the exact same result.

When layerslider and either of these chart plugins are activated:

    1. none of the layersliders will load or even initiate

    2. the mobile navigation stops working completely

with them disabled all functions as expected.

I assume there is some jquery conflict?

The only thing in the error log in the root is "PHP Warning:  Creating default object from empty value in /home/breathepa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/root-relative-urls/sb_root_relative_urls.php on line 97"

I'll be happy to help trouble shoot this. I've just disabled all the chart plugins for now, but i really can't live without either.

Is there a layerslider compatible chart / graph plugin? i've tried updating, rolling back the chart plugin versions, all to the same end - with both enabled, neither work, and seemingly anything else jquery related stops. I believe the page doesn't actually finish loading either.

    infinitely frustrating...

    Hello Projectwebseo,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please set up a test page that you can leave up (and does not affect your site), so we can make some tests there. We will need to see the errors live to be able to tell what might be wrong.

    Let us know. Thank you.
