Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     I see that you have left Envato. I purchased a license on January 10, 2020 and have filed two tickets on how to get this License activated. You have not responded or acknowledged that you have even reviewed the two tickets. What gives?
