We have a webpage, created in wordpress. The first element of the starting page was a slider, created in layer slider. The problem is  - wich started after activating a pop-up window - that the slider is switching off after I  update the page, during editing. Should be some compatibility error. Thanks!

    Hello Bertold,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

I've checked the URL you provided, but currently the slider is being displayed there properly. There are no errors either on the page.

If you are experiencing problems in the back-end, I'd recommend to start troubleshooting by temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue. If it does, you can enable them back one by one to find the culprit.

You could also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.

Dear Attila, I still have the same problem. When I set the slider in the admin panel, it can be seen. After one refresh (or in a certain time) it is disappearing.  At the moment you can't see it, however I didn't switch the slider off. For the mobile view we are using a statical pics, which is also not showing after a while. Can you pls re-check? Thanks!

    Thank you for the feedback.

The slider cannot remove or delete itself automatically. So it is most likely not plugin related. The fact that the same happens to normal images too, also confirms this.

Judging from your description, something seems to be interfering with the content on your site, preventing them from loading properly. This could either be a server configuration problem, or some kind of preloader/optimizer/cache plugin or method that interferes with content loading.

Have you followed up with the instructions from my previous response? If not, please do so. You can test whether the same happens when you use a default theme and switch off plugins. The System Status might also provide additional information.
