Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Hopefully this is a quick fix, we've updated the plugin and have a valid license, but we still can't download the new templates from the store. We also deactivated the plugin and re-activated it, flushed the site caches and still can't access it. any tips?

    What version of the plugin do you have installed at the moment? You can check it on the main page of the plugin admin. As the warning message suggests, outdated releases do not support certain templates. Let us know.
