In your example landing page, https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/sliders/landing-page/,
if you navigate to the Executive Team slide and then double click to
switch to Full Screen, the slide size auto expands to the size of the
screen.
What makes this happen?
I have loaded this into our site and copied all the settings onto our slide and the slide does not expand.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I've checked your site, but currently your slider also enters fullscreen on double click. This option can be found in the Slider Settings. Did you manage to find it in the meantime?
Also, that red square is not the edge of your slider. The actual slider canvas is shown on the attached screenshot (red border, yellow overlay).
thanks for the screen shot, yes, we can switch to full screen size.
i added the same html layer to both your slider and ours. when i switch to full screen mode, the red border around yours expands to full screen. on ours it remains at the maximum size of the slider. and the contents of our slider also remain constrained to the max size of the slider.
Thank you for the feedback, but please note that your slider is also expanding to fullscreen, and filling the complete viewing screen.
Fullscreen mode does not mean that the slider will be zoomed in, or zoomed on the content in its center. The fullscreen mode simply takes the whole slider (not just certain parts of it) and puts it in a overlay that fills the entire screen.
The demo slider is working the same way. It's not zoomed in the fullscreen mode, the same slider is getting displayed. Please take a look at my screenshot again. Your slider is everything that was colored yellow. So all of that will be shown in the fullscreen mode too.

What am I missing? (the red border shows the edges of the slide)

The problem was with Slider Settings and Maximum Responsive Ratio - leaving this blank allowed the slider to expand to full screen.
To be honest I find the documentation for this product EXTREMELY difficult to navigate or find anything.
Thank you for the feedback, glad you could solve the problem.
