I have a valid license and am under support for another month but cannot re-upload the plug-in file I had downloaded in August. It says the link has expired. I tried to download the updated September version from the envato site but when I click on my download link in the email it just takes me to their home page and is asking me to pay again for a new license when mine is still valid. I do not recall setting up an account on the envato site. I am stuck trying to get this Layerslider plugin to work. Please advise!

    Hello Pradeep,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

In order to reinstall the plugin, you will need to completely remove the current/bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation at the same time.

Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.

I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from your account page: https://account.kreaturamedia.com/ and reinstalling with it. If you purchased the plugin back at Envato, you will have to import over the license first to this new account page.

You can find detailed installation instructions in the documentation that will guide you through the process, please refer to the following URL: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#installation

After this, there should be no more problem with activation or updates.
