My home page video won't play in Chrome and Firefox since you can't scroll down over the iframe to get to the on button to play the video!. (Yes, you can activate the video by clicking on it but no one seems to know that)
I also purchased the Layerslider again (I have before) but cannot get it to activate. I followed the directions and deactivated and deleted the old one before uploading the new, but I keep getting the message that you cancelled it.

I've checked on your new license that was purchased today and as I can see it's already used on http://www.facialsmoothies.com If you are having issues with an older license (stuck or no longer accessible) you can reset it in your account settings on https://account.kreaturamedia.com/ after logging in (and importing it over if it's an Envato license).
As for the video, that slider on your homepage is not LayerSlider. It's a "vp video" in a Fusion builder element. It is indeed not scrollable, but it's not a LayerSlider slider. Since it's not related to our plugin, we cannot really help with it unfortunately. I'd recommend contacting its author with this case.
