When I scroll on a tablet or mobile, it causes the slider to replay. Is this normal? Is there a way to stop that from happening? It happens on my site and also the demo. I have tried on multiple devices and it behaves the same way. I have attached a screen video on an iPhone to show what happens.

    Hello Ben,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

It is replaying because the Allow restarting slides on resize option is enabled for the slider. You can find and disable this option in the Slider Settings.

That doesn't work either. It is still doing the same thing. My mobile version already had that unchecked and it replays on an iPhone. I changed that option on the desktop/tablet version and it still does the same thing. It does not cause it to replay when scrolling with a mouse. Only when using the iPad or iPhone (haven't checked other mobile devices). I have attached another video for your reference. This one shows it a lot better.

Thank you for the feedback. Please show us your site or a test page with your slider, where we can check on this. Unfortunately we cannot troubleshoot from a video, so it would be helpful to see it live. Thank you.

Here is a link to your demo - https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/sliders/marketing-page-pack/

Both of these do the same thing

Thank you. My colleagues and I will look into this to see what we can find, and get back to you.

    Thank you for your patience.

The resizing that you see on our demo site is related to the mentioned Allow restarting slides on resize option. It's applied on the sliders you linked.

But in your case, it seems to be generated by a 3rd party item. Some kind of responsive related multi-view setting is removing the slider from the DOM and reinserting it again, when the browser is resized. This also generates a lot of JS errors on your site. It could be originated from a theme setting or a plugin as well.

Please look for such responsive related option in your plugins/theme that could affect the site's content this way. The problem will most likely be generated there. If you're not sure what is causing this, you could temporarily disable plugins and switch to a default WP theme to find the culprit.
