    Hi,
    we are Web Designer and we have a problem with site web of our client.

    We use Layer Slider Plugin in some pages of the site: lab-go.com

    On Desktop and Mobile is all OK! But we have a problem on Tablet.

    When we visit the page with Layer Slider on our tablet (classic iPad 2018) we see the Desktop version and not Tablet. For example the Menu doesn't change and the responsive doesn't work correctly (see screenshots attached). If we turn the tablet from portrait to landscape, or the other way around, we see the page correctly with all elements responsive. In the screenshots attached you can see the desktop menu at start and when we turn tablet the menu become correctly with violet background.

    If you want we have a video that show the issue.

    Here the links where we see this issue:

    https://lab-go.com/homepage/

    https://lab-go.com/come-funziona/

    If you go, instead, to page called "Chi Siamo" (https://lab-go.com/chi-siamo/), that doesn't present Layer Slider, this issue doesn't exist.

    Let us know, Many thanks

    Hello Andrea,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    The top menu of your site is not related to LayerSlider. It's not up to the slider whether that adapts to tablets correctly or not. You will need to adjust the menu behavior in the theme settings or page builder.

    As for the slider itself, if you would like to, you can adjust it to different screen sizes/devices. Since version 6 of LayerSlider you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). This feature gives you the option to create separate layers with different positions for mobile, tablet and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. This only affects the layer level.

    Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two or three sliders with different sizes/layout or with different content, include them to the site, and only display them (using the Hide over and Hide under options) on the required device. This works on the slider level and gives you more control, but requires more work.

    Usually these are the sizes for the breakpoints:
    desktop computers Screen width > 1024px
    tablets Screen width >= 768px and <= 1024px
    phones Screen with <= 767px

    Hi Attila, thanks for your reply.

    You said that the issue is not connected with your plugin but how can you explain that the issue is only in all pages where we used Layer Slider and not in other pages? And if we delete it the issue doesn't show anymore?

    We use Avada Theme and i don't think that the issue is the Theme.

    We have this issue also in other web site created, below some wrong link:

    Naturally, if you add a slider (or any other element) to a page, the page layout will change. Nonetheless, LayerSlider does not control your menu or the way it changes on different devices. That is completely up to your theme/page builder. You will need to adjust your pages where sliders are inserted to behave the same way as the rest of the pages. You might need to change up the layout a bit or apply slightly different settings, but it can only be done by your theme/page builder.
