    Hello,

I have some realy wired issue. I get all installed and can import slides and build some on my own. But I only can display images when I set them to "html".

If I select "Image" that I already uploaded to Wordpress - it simply not shows up?

Where do I have to look at, where is my problem here?

    Hello Esotronic,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

The image layer type is used for actual images, not for HTML code. That is why it does not work.

If you are planning to use code in layers, you will need to select the HTML layer type.

Alternatively, you can insert the image itself alone as an image layer and then style it using the plugin's settings.

Ok just to get it - I want to use an actual image. The images that i upload to Wordpress.

I don't want to use html code. This is just how I only can put images in my slider at the moment.

I just want to select an Image like in my attachement "not_working_image.JPG".

Please show us a test page/slider where we can check on this (the missing image layer). Thank you.

Thank you. Judging from the errors on your site we believe that the problem is going to be related to an image preloader/optimizer/lazy loader on your installation, that is interfering with the images in the slider.

We'd recommend to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue. If it does, you can turn them back one by one to see which one is interfering.

If you are using Jetpack, we'd recommend to start with that. We had several issues with it in the past, as its lazy load option interferes with the slider's content, preventing it from loading.
