Which version of the plugin do you use currently? If you still use the theme bundled version, I'd recommend to reinstall it with our release.

You can manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from your account page: https://account.kreaturamedia.com/ After that you will need to completely remove the current/bundled version, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation at the same time. Then you can install our release.

Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.

After this, there should be no more problem with activation, Tamplete Store, or updates.
