    Hello,

I tried all workaround you have indicate but I see  all text regularly in the slides on the site and not on my Iphone X and on my iPad Air 2 (last version iOS); in reality the text in these devices, although defined as white, is black and with a very strong opacity, almost invisible! Why?

    Thanks for your support

    Maurizio

One last detail: the white text is perfectly visible only on the first slide!

    Thx

    Hello Maurizio,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked your site, but for me the slider is being displayed properly at the moment. I do not see the text problems you mentioned.

Have you managed to fix the problem, or changed it in the meantime?

In case not, please specify what should we look for exactly, provide more details on the case, or even take a screenshot of it. Thank you.

    Hello Attila,

    Thank you for your answer.

this is what I see on my devices…

Under the VINOUS logo, there is a list of vintages written in white that is barely visible and tends to be black but still not as clear and defined as on the computer.

Thank you for the feedback. My colleagues and I will look into this to see what we can find, and get back to you.

    Thank you for your patience.

It seems like that the text layers are getting a link applied on them, only on mobile devices. And this link has a dark color applied on it by CSS. This is why they are darker on mobile.

If you set up a temporary WP login for us, we can check on it further and try to locate where does this come from exactly. You can post a private reply here.

We've looked around in the plugin's admin but didn't find anything wrong. So it's most likely generated by a 3rd party plugin or theme. To continue troubleshooting please temporarily disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue. You could also empty cache files, or flush cache plugins/solutions.

As for the music, you can insert it as a Video / Audio layer type. Then set it to be static (Transitions tab->Keep this layer visible) so it stays through all slides without stopping or animating out.
