Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. cannot download new site because plugin doesn't recognize memory

    I just purchased the updated version of LayerSlider and I'm trying to update it. When accessing the new plugin option to update, there is an error message within WordPress and it says that my memory isn't compatible at 40M, my memory is 512MB and the plugin is not recognizing that.

    This is going to be a server configuration issue. Most likely it's not even related to LayerSlider directly, it's just a general error displayed by WordPress.

    The server configuration allows how much memory your site can use, so it doesn't matter how much is on the server, but how much is actually set as a limit. 

    You will need to raise this limit, or you could manually reinstall the plugin with the latest release the same way you did before.
