    Hi,

In order to run a test, I imported some free pop up templates, and they don't work at all. So, I also tried to create a basic slider and it works only if I am logged in (when not logged, instead of the slider I can only see white space).

    Thank you for your attention.

    Kind regards.

    Hello Paulie,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I've opened the URL you provided, but there are no sliders inserted there. It's not that they don't show, there are none added. It looks like LayerSlider is not even installed/activated currently, so I couldn't check on this.

In any case, I'd recommend checking on the slider inserting method you used, the page publishing and the permissions too. You might only be able to see that page/draft/etc as a logged in admin, or a cached version of the site is showing still (but you don't have caching as admin so you see the updated site) and you will need to adjust that.

    Update.

When I deactivate W3 Total Cache, the LayerSlider plugin works well.

Anyway, after that I was not able to activate W3 Total Cache again until deactivating LayerSlider too.

Can you help to fix this conflict?

    Thank you again

    Solved.

I deactivated W3 Total Cache minify function.

Then, I installed Autoptimize and activeted minifying function only for JS e CSS, and not HTML because of the issue confirmed by a W3 Total Chace Developer:

    “Hello,

Yes, this is a known issue and I am sorry about that. What happens is W3 Total Cache minify library is being loaded even if Minify is not enabled, therefore causing AO HTML Minify conflict.
We are working on this and this should be fixed in future releases. Until then, you should disable AO HTML minify or switch caching plugin.”

    Now it works.
