Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I have a backup of my website and I would like to import all my sliders saved in it. Where can I find the sliders to import? Which files?

    Thank you

    Hello Samuele,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Please note that the plugin does not store its data in local folders or files. The sliders and settings are stored in the database.

I have a backup of the database and I restored it but I don't know why the sliders where not imported. If I open the file of the database how can I recognize the files? Or can you help me with it?

Please check whether you see the wp_layerslider database table in your backup. That is the one you need.

But if you used something that only backs up the basic parts of WordPress, it could have left out LayerSlider.

We recommend to always export your sliders first, so you have them safe and ready to import back at any time.
