Judging from your description, this might be related to browser restrictions on video autoplay. But we can tell more when we see the problem. Could you please set up a test page with the slider in question?
The problem seems to be that you have inserted the video as an image layer. And also that it is a MOV format video.
Please add it as a dedicated Video layer type and use mp4 format instead. Chrome does not really support MOV videos. But all browsers support mp4: https://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp

As I got comments about it, I had to replace it by just an image but I am still looking to insert a video in the layer.
